General description
The mission of the Glycoimmunology laboratory is to disentangle the immunoregulatory pathways mediated by lectin-glycan interactions that control the homeostasis of the immune system and contribute to the pathogenesis of neoplastic, inflammatory and infectious diseases, with the aim of translating these findings into innovative therapeutic strategies and diagnostic tools with clinical and social impact.
