Biography
She has a PhD in Biomedicine and over 20 years’ experience in cancer and life sciences research. She has worked at various academic centres and institutions, including the ICO, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University of Barcelona, as well as at the HMRI and the UPF, where she was a researcher and lecturer. Her scientific expertise focuses on analysing the interaction between signalling pathways in tumour progression and the immune response. At the CaixaResearch Institute, she coordinates and oversees the work of the Glycoimmunology lab, as well as supervising the laboratory staff.
