The CaixaResearch Institute is governed through a structured model that guarantees independence, transparency and accountability, while ensuring scientific rigour and strategic alignment. At its core is a Board of Trustees representing the CaixaResearch Institute Foundation, a non-profit entity with its own legal personality, promoted by ”la Caixa” Foundation. This framework, supported by expert advisory committees, ensures the Institute’s mission to deliver long-term social impact through research.
