Our aim is to transfer the knowledge generated at the institute and support its practical application in society. To achieve this, we offer comprehensive support to our researchers in the following areas:
Innovation Hub, a collaborative initiative to bring ideas to the market
The Innovation Hub will boost the transfer capacity of our Institute and other research centres supported by ”la Caixa” Foundation.
Capacity building
We support the development of the innovation units in participating centres, helping to build a stable and professionalised structure that can provide effective support to researchers throughout the transfer process.
Awareness and training
We promote an innovation culture through awareness-raising activities, training sessions and networking events. These initiatives aim to foster interest in knowledge transfer and equip researchers with key tools for success.
Expert guidance
We offer personalised mentoring and expert advice to help identify research assets with transfer potential, define valorisation strategies and connect with relevant stakeholders.
Financial support
We fund early-stage projects with transfer potential, regardless of their main research area or funding source. This support gives researchers the space to explore, take risks and collaborate with other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
