- All data that you provide to us when making your information request from our entity.

You guarantee that you will only provide true and updated Personal Data.
You EXPRESSLY CONSENT to our entity sending you communications and information, including by electronic means, relating to the activities of Caixa Research Institute. The Personal Data that will be processed for this purpose are identification data (name, surname, date of birth and gender) and contact data (postal code, e-mail, language and telephone).
Such processing includes the analysis and handling of information resulting from satisfaction surveys or from your interaction with Caixa Research Institute, arising from your individual activity, to manage more efficiently the sending of information that you request from us.

Such revocation will not affect the legality of the processing performed prior to the revocation and may lead Caixa Research Institute not to be able to carry out or comply with your request, or to such request being affected by said revocation.
Caixa Research Institute adapts its interaction and communication with you based on your profile and interests, using data obtained from its own sources in order to have simpler, more efficient and personalized communication with you, and to specify more precisely our interaction.
Caixa Research Institute will process this data based on the legitimate interest in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, as it is carried out from internal sources.
Data protection regulations establish the need to prepare internal reports weighing up the legitimate interest described and your privacy. These reports are at your disposal and confirm that our entity can carry out this processing, without prejudice to your privacy rights.
You can object to receiving this type of communications, now or at any other time, as well as receive more information about the weighting reports or about the processing of your personal data based on a legitimate interest by sending a request to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, to the indicated postal or electronic addresses.
The data storage period may vary depending on specific criteria such as your place of residence and the place where your relationship with the entity is formalised.
In any case, your Personal Data will be stored while you hold a relationship with Caixa Research Institute, provided that you do not revoke your consent or exercise your right of objection, portability and/or erasure. If any of the aforementioned circumstances take place, your Personal Data will be stored during the applicable statutory limitation periods in accordance with the corresponding regulations. In this case, they will be processed solely for the purposes of evidencing compliance with our legal or contractual obligations. Once such limitation periods have ended, your data will be deleted or, alternatively, anonymised. The Caixa Research Institute will not transfer Personal Data to/ with third parties without first obtaining your consent, it is indeed necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship itself, or unless the intervention of suppliers is required to provide a service to the corresponding party, as well as to Public Administrations and Spanish and European Control Authorities in order to comply with the legal obligations to which the Caixa Research Institute is subject at any given time due to its nature and activity.

Caixa Research Institute does not adopt decisions that may affect you based solely on the automated processing of your Personal Data. All decision-making processes by our institution related to your requests are carried out with human intervention.
Caixa Research Institute will not communicate Personal Data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent, except those required by the Spanish and European Public Administrations and supervisory authorities to comply with the legal obligations to which Caixa Research Institute is subject at any given time due to its nature and activity.
Caixa Research Institute may make international transfers of data to entities located in countries outside the European Economic Area, which guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the RGPD.
Likewise, our entity has hired internationally reputed professionals to provide evaluation services on projects and files, who may be located in third countries.
In addition Caixa Research Institute may also contract services from technology providers located in countries outside the European Economic Area. In the event of contracting such services, such contracting would comply with all the requirements established by data protection regulations, applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to the transfer of your Personal Data in order to preserve your privacy.
Exceptionally, your personal data may also be transferred to/with entities located outside the European Economic Area when necessary for important reasons of public interest and/ or in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish and European regulations to which Caixa Research Institute is subject due to its activity.
