Biography
With a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a diploma in Labour Relations from the University of Barcelona, Olga Rodríguez has over 25 years of experience in management in organisations across a variety of sectors, mainly in health, education and non-profit institutions. After completing several postgraduate and specialisation programmes in Business Management and Administration at EADA, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and GR Global Institute, she has assumed different positions in HR management, taking on managerial roles in recent years.
At the CaixaResearch Institute, her mission is to create a working environment that ensures excellence and sustainability through committed, talented people, streamlined processes and responsible resources management.
