At the CaixaResearch Institute, Núria leads Lab Operations, coordinating the strategic and operational support for research laboratories. She oversees biosafety, laboratory workflows and sustainability initiatives, ensuring that scientists have the infrastructure, equipment and protocols required to work safely and effectively, while promoting compliance and responsible resource management across the BSL areas.
