Throughout her career, she has worked on multidisciplinary projects, combining a strategic perspective with a strong results-driven approach. Her experience spans multiple sectors, with a particular focus in recent years on consultancy, where her work has been characterised by process improvement, operational optimisation and the promotion of quality and excellence standards.
At the CaixaResearch Institute, she is responsible for financial and budgetary management, as well as for supporting and coordinating the operational activities of the Institute’s different areas. Her role focuses on ensuring strategic coherence, organisational efficiency and the effective delivery of the Institute’s institutional objectives.
