Cristina Cohí Anchía holds a degree in Pedagogy from the Universitat Ramon Llull and a Master's in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, she has built her career at leading national and international companies, where she led selection, organisational development and people management initiatives in highly competitive and multicultural environments. At the CaixaResearch Institute, Cristina serves as Head of People, leading the People function to build an organisation where talent, excellence and collaboration achieve the greatest scientific and social impact.
